Bury have been given 14 days to avoid withdrawal from the English Football League after having their Carabao Cup tie with Sheffield Wednesday suspended.
The EFL previously suspended the financially-beleaguered Shakers’ games against MK Dons and Accrington Stanley.
The club had been given a deadline of Wednesday to show the league a plan to pay off outstanding creditors.
But a third game has been suspended, with Bury given two weeks to meet the league’s insolvency policy.
