LOVE Island’s Michael Griffiths was forced to put on a brave face after discovering his car had been clamped in Manchester yesterday.
The fireman turned reality star bad boy smirked as he walked away from the white Mercedes following a rap on the knuckles.
It had a yellow clamp on its front left tyre with a fine left on the windscreen.
It’s not clear what road rules he had broken to leave him without a vehicle, but they’re usually clamped because they are parked improperly on public parking land, or they are untaxed and on a public road.
Michael will now have to pay out a steep fine to get his car back.
If he doesn’t pay, he risks the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) towing the car for parking illegally.
Refusing to let it get him down, Michael walked away nonchalantly from the scene.
He’s had a lot on his plate recently since leaving the villa.
After being caught in a love triangle with Amber Gill and Joanna Chimonides during Love Island. Michael faced every ex’s nightmare when Amber went on to win the show after failing to win her back.
He then tried it on with Joanna again, stealing kisses on nights out together, but she kept denying they were romantically involved.
Then The Sun Online revealed he was back to his love rat ways after trying to kiss Casa Amor’s Nabila Badda – minutes before cracking on with his ex.
Exclusive pictures showed the firefighter planted a smooch on Nabila before getting cosy with his ex Joanna.
Michael cornered Nabila in a corridor away from the party, holding his drink he swayed towards her before steadying himself on the door.
After an animated chat, he laid a kiss on her and she seemed to enjoy his advance as she grabbed his cheek and pulled him towards her.
Taking her outside, Michael picked Nabila up and swung her around before putting her over his shoulder in a fireman’s lift.
But just minutes after the amorous display, Michael saw his ex Joanna and made a beeline for her.
He brought her in for a warm embrace before kissing her on the cheek.
Michael did the dirty on eventual winner Amber, 21, when his head was turned as the original girls were sent over to Casa Amor.
Joanna was among one of the newbies that entered the villa to stir things up and she certainly caused a storm as the firefighter kissed her whilst he was still coupled up with Amber.
Michael then decided to couple up with Joanna, leaving the 21-year-old beautician single because he thought that in certain situations he had to bite his tongue with her.
In a shock twist, Joanna was dumped from the Island, where she branded Michael a “snake” after he wouldn’t leave the villa with her.
Amber went on to win the show with new love interest Greg O’Shea, 26, twelve days after meeting.
