He’s only just bagged himself a move to Manchester United, but footballer Harry Maguire is settling into life in the city quickly.
The £80million England ace, 26, is pictured taking fiancee Fern Hawkins and their young daughter Lillie for a spot of shopping.
Harry pushed the pram as Fern, 25, strolled with him holding a SPAR carrier bag in Manchester city centre.
Maguire this week became the world’s most expensive defender after moving from Leicester City to the Red Devils, managed by club legend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
After signing, Maguire said: “I am delighted to have signed for this great club.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Leicester and would like to thank everyone at the club, and the fans, for their fantastic support over the past two seasons.”
He will follow the likes of Rio Ferdinand and Laurent Blanc in wearing the No5 shirt and yesterday Maguire proudly shared a photo of it for his Instagram followers.
He completed his medical on Sunday and left the Carrington training ground with a bag emblazoned with the Manchester United badge.
Maguire watched his new teammates train following the medical and will link up with them ahead of the season opener this coming weekend against Chelsea .
The No.5 shirt has been claimed by Maguire after Marcos Rojo swapped to the No.16 shirt in the summer of 2018.
Before Rojo, Rio Ferdinand was the occupier of the number, while Laurent Blanc, Ronny Johnsen and Lee Sharpe have all also worn the shirt.
Roy Keane is another surprise name to don the No.5, wearing it from 1993 until 1995.
