PAUL Hollywood’s furious ex-lover has accused the TV baker of leaving her betrayed and humiliated.
Summer Monteys-Fullam 24, split from Paul, 53, after refusing to sign a non-disclosure agreement banning her from discussing their relationship in public.
But she accused the Great British Bake Off judge and his lawyer of pressuring her to sign it.
And she said the practice should be stopped and that she was pleased details of Paul’s behaviour had emerged as a warning to other women.
Earlier, in thinly veiled attacks on his Instagram page, Paul had accused her of trying to reveal details of their romance and “courting paps”.
In an explosive statement, the former barmaid retaliated by alleging he would “be furious and shout at me” whenever she was photographed in public.
Replying to other users online who praised her courage for walking away, she also warned she was considering writing a book about her experiences and labelled the break-up “one of the hardest things I have ever done”.
Summer blasted: “His claims that I’m making money selling stories are totally false!
“I felt so betrayed by the NDA, particularly with how much pressure Paul and his lawyers put me under to sign it.
She added: “I had clearly demonstrated loyalty to Paul during our relationship, and he knows that without question.”
She went on to claim he regularly put her in “very tense, stressful and upsetting” situations because of his fury at her being photographed.
Explaining that she had accepted pictures as a price of new-found fame, she added: “I am now being thrown under the bus.”
Those close to the former couple fear the bitter split is now out of control.
The Sun on Sunday revealed that Summer had ditched Paul.
He said: “My silence on any matters is not a sign of weakness or agreement of what’s been said, merely I prefer a quiet life away from my day job!
“Take what’s read with a pinch of salt and read between the lines.
“There’s always two sides to a story, you’ve only heard one, but alas I don’t play those games. Thanks again.”
Summer has been seen moving her belongings out of the Kent home she previously shared with Paul.
Paul’s ex-wife Alex, 54, filed for divorce on grounds of adultery but he said he did not get involved with Summer until his marriage broke down.
Adina Clare, acting co-chief executive of domestic abuse charity Women’s Aid, said: “No one should ever feel pressurised into signing a non-disclosure agreement in a romantic relationship.”
