MOLLY-Mae was “disgusted” at being confronted by Anton during last night’s Love Island reunion.
Body language expert Judi James has weighed in after the pair’s awkward moment where Anton admitted to unfollowing Molly on Instagram.
Judi told The Sun Online: “It was the oddest reunion in terms of islander body language, with so much tongue-poking, tongue-licking and tongue-sticking out rituals going on in the studio it looked at times like a room full of anteaters.
“Tongue work like that implies general dislike, disgust or rejection.
“Molly-Mae’s three tongue-pokes as she dished it to Anton over his unfollowing implied she was genuinely angry.”
Caroline Flack brought up The Sun Online’s exclusive that Anton had unfollowed Molly-Mae after she voted him and Belle Hassan off Love Island.
But the 24-year-old insisted: “Molly and I never even spoke in the villa.
“We never had chats. I have nothing against you but we never saw eye to eye.”
An unimpressed Molly-Mae, 19, replied: “I thought we were friends.”
But, insisting it was his management who followed her, he said: “I never chose to follow Molly.”
And when Caroline asked: “Are you going to refollow her?” he replied simply: “No. I’m not.”
Anton previously revealed that Molly was the only Love Island star he wasn’t friends with in the villa.
The slight came after Molly-Mae who coupled up with 20-year-old boxer Tommy Fury on the show chose to eliminate him from the programme.
But the hunk says they both feel the same way about each other as they have nothing in common.
“When I was in the villa, I didn’t follow anyone, my management followed every islander. But on the outside, when I noticed Molly-Mae on my newsfeed, I unfollowed her.
“I have nothing against her, we just didn’t speak in the villa. We would be in the same room and wouldn’t say a word to each other.
“A lot of people think it’s because they voted us out but that’s nothing to do with it, we just never got on.
“She’s a lovely girl but just not my type of person.
“We just never clicked and she didn’t like it after I put her in her place earlier in the show. But I got on with everyone else really well.”
Early on in the series, the Scottish hunk told Molly-Mae like it is after she gave him the run around.
Despite being coupled up, Molly-Mae also hinted at being interested in Anton and Danny, 21, but clearly didn’t like the fact Tommy’s head was turned by Maura.
In a case of pot calling the kettle black, Anton told Molly-Mae during a group chat: “At the end of the day, you should have made it very clear to him, and you should have made it clear to me.”
But cutting her off, Anton said: “So you categorically know what, after a few hours? Because someone else has come in to the place?
“That’s it, you’ve made your bed, lie in it.”
